Shipping policy

At AlignRx, we’re committed to getting your clean performance stack to you as efficiently and reliably as possible. Below you’ll find all the key information about how we process and ship orders.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or other factors outside our control.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United States only. We’re working on expanding to additional regions—stay tuned!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. If you haven’t received it within 2 business days of your purchase, please contact us at david@alignrx.co.

Shipping Issues or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. We’ll make it right.

AlignRx is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
