At Align Rx, we stand behind the quality and integrity of every product we make. Because our supplements are consumable food products, we cannot accept returns once they have left our facility. This policy safeguards the safety, purity, and quality of what you receive.
No Returns or Exchanges
For health and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they ship. Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
